Andrej has provided services in the real estate industry for 10 years. His knowledge started in local consulting company focused on leasing of the first regional shopping centers in Slovakia. Valuable experiences he has gained during 4 years in development company where he has obtained project management and technical skills. Andrej  was appointed as Senior Associate of Retail Agency at Colliers International, Slovakia in 2011. where he was primarily responsible for representing and transacting new retail development opportunities and retail chain  expansions.

During his career he has completed lease transactions
in volume over 100 000 sqm of retail space in Slovakia.

Lukas has significant experience in real estate business especially in retail. His wide retail knowledge in combination with technical real estate focused background elevated him to the Associate position of Retail Agency in Colliers International in Slovakia where he acted for almost three years. On this position Lukas managed communication with landlords and developers, tenant representation agenda, preparation and set up of new retail projects and retail assets transaction advisory. Since he started in the industry in 2013 Lukas has leased and advised over twenty retail projects for local and international real estate companies and has driven tenant representation on Slovak and Hungarian retail market.
